Delete your account
You can permanently delete your Truck Haters account and associated personal information. Choose either option below.
Delete inside the portal
Sign in, open Account Settings, select Delete Account, and type DELETE to confirm. Deletion begins immediately.

If you cannot sign in, send a deletion request from the email address connected to your account. We may verify your identity before processing it.

What is deleted
- Your login account, profile, contact information, company details, delivery addresses, and vehicle details.
- Personal onboarding information, messages, notification records, credits, referrals, and customer-specific pricing.
- Personal identifiers attached to past orders and invoices are removed or anonymized.
Information we may retain
Transaction records such as order totals, dates, purchased items, invoices, and payment history may be retained in anonymized form for up to seven years when required for tax, accounting, fraud-prevention, dispute, or other legal obligations. They will no longer identify your deleted portal account.
