1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Truck Haters Incorporated customer portal (the "Portal"). By creating an account or using the Portal, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Portal.

2. Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate business and contact information when registering, and to keep that information current.

3. Orders and Pricing

Tire availability and pricing shown in the Portal are subject to change. Submission of an order does not guarantee acceptance; an order is confirmed only when Truck Haters accepts it. Applicable taxes, delivery fees, and credits are reflected in the final amount at checkout.

4. Credits and Rewards

Credits, referral rewards, and any promotional offers are governed by the program terms in effect at the time they are issued. Truck Haters may modify or end a program at any time, subject to honoring credits already earned.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Portal, including attempting to access data that does not belong to your account, interfering with Portal operations, or using the Portal for any unlawful purpose.

6. Disclaimer

The Portal is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Truck Haters disclaims warranties of any kind regarding the Portal.

7. Changes to These Terms

Truck Haters may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Portal after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

8. SMS Text Message Communications

Transactional SMS and marketing communications require separate opt-ins. If you opt in to transactional SMS, Truck Haters Incorporated may send texts regarding orders, invoices, fulfillment, delivery scheduling, tracking, delays, and delivery confirmations. If you separately opt in to marketing SMS and email, Truck Haters may send occasional tire deals, new inventory announcements, reorder reminders, review requests, and company updates. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of texts or HELP for help. Consent is optional and is not a condition of purchase. Mobile information and SMS consent will not be sold or shared with third parties for their own marketing or promotional purposes.
